Chapter 1 Licensing All Access
1.0 All Access Licensing Overview
Your All Access application is authorized using either an iLok2 USB Smart Key or without an iLok (Machine Licensed). With All Access, you can activate your software from within the application. Note that an Internet connection is required to activate Sonic Studio products.
The Chapter describes how to install your ‘All Access HD Annual Subscription’ or ‘All Access LE Annual Subscription’ iLok license.
|
iLok2 License vs. Machine License: All Access subscriptions give you added flexibility with how you license your software: iLok2 Method Highly portable, just move your iLok2 from Mac to Mac. Requires an iLok2. iLok1 will not work with All Access. Sonic Studio recommends using this licensing method. Use if you do not own an iLok2. Less portable. Can be moved from one Mac to another using the iLok License Manager application. You will need to download and install the free iLok License Manager Application to use any Sonic Studio Product. |
|
Learn: The same activation process is used for both permanent and trial/demo licensing. soundBlade software is protected with PACE Anti-Piracy’s InterLok copy protection. Learn more at iLok.com. |

Chapter 2 Installing All Access HD Options
The All Access HD subscription packages include optional plug-in software that needs to be installed prior to first use in order for them to operate:
All Access HD v2.3- includes the options NoNOISE 3 AU/VST Plug-in, Broadband Denoise, Manual DeClick II, Sonic Studio Mastering EQ, Legenday Audio I/C/E., Spectral Repair Tool for soundBlade and the separate background processing application Sonic Studio Process
All Access LE v2.3- includes the options Broadband Denoise Native, Manual DeClick II, and the separate background processing application Sonic Studio Process
This chapter describes how to install your All Access HD options. All Access LE users do not need to follow this procedure.
The installation of the ‘All Access HD Annual Subscription’ iLok license and a Sonic Studio Options File need to be completed prior to first use. Running the ‘All_Access_Options_Installer.pkg’ located in your soundBlade app folder’s Sonic Options folder, installs the necessary software for each of these options.
|
Locate the Options Installer for your All Access App: All Access HD Option Installer: Applications/soundBlade HD (All Access)/Sonic Options Installers/All_Access_Options_Installer_2.2.pkg |
2.1 Installing All Access HD Options
Launching the ‘All_Access_Options_Installer_2.2.pkg’ guides you through a standard set of installation dialog boxes. The Installer places the necessary files to enable your soundBlade options and installs the necessary option software.
|
|
NOTE: soundBlade 2.0 and later no longer recognizes or uses legacy Sonic Key Files. soundBlade and all options are now enabled through iLok licensing. Contact us at the Sonic Studio Support Portal to receive your iLok licenses for your Legacy options such as Broadband DeNOISE or Manual DeClick. |
2.2 Uninstalling All Access HD Options
